So is summertime and the livin’ is easy, but if the beach is nearby, well let’s just say that this is the perfect combination. I will declare myself as a huge summer fan, so writing this post press my vacancy mood on…

This is a story about my vacation (if we can name it that way, because we did’t rest at all) in Montenegro.

Through the years this country, especially Budva town, became very popular among bloggers. Well, there are many reasons for it.

Budva is known for its amazing beaches, wild nightlife, interesting architecture and I can tell that the Montenegrins are very attractive nation. 😀

The Old Town famous by its extraordinary and exceptional architecture, is located by the sea shore with lively center, full with restaurants and coffee shops, fine hotels and lovely beaches.

Clearly Budva is well known for being the center of nightlife, offering many different clubs and bars.

If you want to party under open sky with 5000 people, Top Hill is a place to be! It is what it is, one of the best clubs in the World. The club is open during summer season (July to September).

While in Montenegro, as a must I recommend the cruse around Kotor Bay and the surrounding area. This is a whole day excursion and I’m sure  you won’t regret it at all.

It goes from Tivat (lovely town with amazing port) which is only 25 km away from Budva.

Then you go in Herceg Novi also very interesting place worth a visit.

What impressed me the most, was the Blue Cave, a miracle from the nature. The boat squeezed into the cave from where jumped off and swam inside the cave. The light in the cave caused it to be an amazing bright blue color.

One of the facts I wasn’t aware of, and really surprised me, was that The Tara Canyon is the second biggest in the world right after The Grand Canyon in Arizona.

And definitely the view scared me because it was really high.

Into the woods in Durmitor lays the Black Lake which is flat and looks like a mirror. It is simply stunning, this is ‘wild’ Montenegro at it’s best.

The lake itself is so clear and clean ideal for swimming in and the backdrop of mountains make it a spectacular setting. The surrounding area is so colorful and perfect for amazing shots of the nature.

Till next time.

Happy traveling…
