January is finally gone and is the month when everybody starts to realize their new years resolutions. I can’t believe it is already February, and this month has a special place in my hearth because 3 years ago I started my blog, which means soon will be celebrating The One That Travels 3th birthday. One of my resolutions, and not for this year only, but a lifetime wish is to built my lifestyle around healthy food and well – being which can be a little bit overwhelming.. Unhealthy food can be such a temptation and I must admit I have very little self control when it comes to deserts and junk food in general. And it is ok when you can’t stick to some diet or working out routine as long as you don’t give up.
